How it started

We were always fascinated by the biochemistry of fermentation of good wines and champagne and loved also the taste of classic cocktails.

So, we began experimenting—combining the art of fermentation with the inspired flavors and techniques of cocktail-making.

Over time, our creations took on a life of their own, becoming something unique. They didn’t quite fit into any existing category of fermented drinks like wine, champagne, or beer. And so, we gave them their own name: Fermosa.

Fermosa is more than just a drink; it’s a refreshing experience, a full bodied enjoyment of taste.

Perfect for the start of a nice dinner or enjoying a good moment with a group of friends of family. With natural fermentation and thoughtfully selected ingredients, we’ve crafted a drink that is refined as a natural sparkling wine and that offers all the excitement of a cocktail .

It’s also healthier due to the fact it is only made with natural ingredients and much lower in alcohol level. For us it is not about the alcohol, it’s all about a great taste and an authentic, natural process.

Based in East Flanders, at the heart of beer country and just hours from the Champagne region in France, we’re surrounded by a rich history of fermentation.

This tradition is part of our culture, and it’s something we honor in every Fermosa we create. We like to call it an “old-fashioned process with a twist of innovation”—bringing the best of both worlds to every sip.
